Ruby Ramos serves as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management & Coding Compliance where she oversees denial management, payment variances, and collections. Ruby leads the development and implementation of revenue cycle strategies, processes, and improvement initiatives. Ruby brings over twenty years of experience in revenue cycle management, previously working with large groups, ASC’s, labs, and hospitals across multiple states. In the past, Ruby as guided groups with implementation and execution relating to all areas of the revenue cycle with a focus on improving processes and workflows. She is well versed in payor rules, regulations, policy and procedure, government, commercial, and private.
Ruby received her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Healthcare Administration (Cum Laude) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Cum Laude) from Ashworth College in Norcross Georgia. In addition, she received her certification as a healthcare financial professional and healthcare lean expert.
