Cassandra Naletov, MSHRM serves as Senior Director of Human Resources, bringing extensive leadership experience in healthcare human resources and organizational management. Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Human Resources at Genesis Healthcare and Manager of Human Resources within a specialty long‑term healthcare organization, where she developed deep expertise in employee relations, talent development, workforce strategy, and operational leadership across the healthcare continuum.

Cassandra earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Thomas Edison State University. She is passionate about fostering positive workplace cultures, supporting employee growth, and aligning human resources strategies with organizational success.
