Austin Duus, currently serves as the controller for Allied Digestive Health where he oversees budgeting and forecasting, debt financing, financial reporting, treasury and cash management, insurance and risk management, cost management, and contract negotiation. With over thirty years of healthcare industry experience, Austin is recognized as a results-oriented leader focused on increasing owners value.
Throughout his career, Austin has been a part of several private equity back startups through mid-market companies. His broad experience includes: debt financing, banking, modeling, M&A, Turn arounds, budgeting and forecasting. Most recently, Austin served as the CFO of Ultima Rehab, a therapy business operating in six states throughout the U.S. Prior to this, Austin held the position of CFO for six years at Fox Rehab, a therapy business for seniors operating in eleven states. While at Fox, his responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, legal liaison, new market & business line analysis, acquisitions, revenue & cash flow monitoring, modeling of CMS regulatory changes, banking relations, contract negotiations, and insurance and risk management. During his tenure, revenue grew from 19 million to 93 Million while improving EBITDA as a percentage of Revenue.
Austin received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Rutgers University.
