Matt Devine

Matt joined Allied Digestive Health in July 2022 as CEO, responsible for the overall strategic direction of Allied Digestive Health and its growth and operations.
Most recently, Matt served as the President of MEDNAX Radiology, a division of publicly traded MEDNAX, Inc. The radiology division at MEDAX was formed in early 2017 and under his leadership the division grew from approximately $200 million in revenue to $550 million in revenue and $100 million in EBITDA. The division had over 850 radiologists and provided radiology services in all 50 states. MEDNAX radiology was sold to private equity backed Radiology Partners in December 2020 for $885 million. Prior to assuming leadership of the radiology division, he served as VP of Business Development where he was instrumental in driving the growth of MEDNAX from roughly $800 million when he joined company in 2007 to nearly $3.5 billion at year-end 2019. In addition, Matt has held executive level positions with several privately owned and publicly traded companies.
Matt graduated from Providence College with a B.S. in Finance and attended Fordham University where he earned his MBA.
