Shaivali Shah
SVP of Operations, New York
Shaivali Shah serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing
a number of Allied Digestive Health practices in New York.
Her career has been dedicated to building customer-centric and data-driven
businesses. Most recently at Davita, Shaivali oversaw a multi-site business
across New Jersey and New York and partnered with providers and health
systems to deliver care. Prior to this, she led strategy and business
development for Marani, a digital health and medtech startup formed with the
Mayo Clinic. Prior to joining the healthcare sector, she worked at Morgan
Stanley and in consulting at PwC (formerly Diamond) where she helped retail,
financial, and healthcare institutions capitalize on new opportunities for growth
and operational efficiency.
Shaivali holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of
Business and B.A. from the University of Michigan. Passionate about serving
the underserved, she is a board member of Exodus Transitional Community
which helps formerly incarcerated New Yorkers rebuild their lives.
