Joyce Lauria
Chief Financial Officer
Joyce Lauria serves as Allied Digestive Health’s Chief Financial and Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for strategic initiatives, including pathology expansion and positioning ADH for further increases in shareholder value.
Prior to joining ADH, Joyce spent the last 10 years working for private equity backed companies where she helped them achieve successful liquidity events. She has led various functions including finance, operations, product development, and strategy. Most notably, Joyce was the General Manager at vRad, a radiology company, where she drove over a over a 200% EBITDA improvement by reengineering processes for all nationwide onsite practices, resulting in a successful sale to MEDNAX.
Before joining the healthcare industry, Joyce held a number of key executive leadership positions with Dun & Bradstreet. She has also worked for WPP, John Hancock Financial, and The Walt Disney Company.
Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance/Marketing from New York University.
