Jodi Hille
Senior Director of Operations
Jodi Hille currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations at Allied Digestive Health, overseeing the strategic operations of all New Jersey-based practices. In this capacity, she leads initiatives aimed at optimizing operational performance, improving patient access and satisfaction, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s broader strategic objectives. She works closely with physician leadership and administrative teams to implement best practices, monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and support ongoing growth and development initiatives. She brings more than 25 years of comprehensive healthcare experience spanning pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, gastroenterology, and otolaryngology.
Prior to her current role, Jodi served as Director of Operations and Manager of Operations, where she played a key role in optimizing practice performance and operational efficiency. She also spent seven years as Practice Administrator for Atlantic Coast Gastroenterology Associates, where she managed all administrative functions, supervised staff, and oversaw facility operations—including financial management, recruitment, and regulatory compliance.
Earlier in her career, Jodi served as Administrator at Coastal Surgery Center and held leadership roles at Coastal Ear, Nose, and Throat. In these positions, she was instrumental in improving administrative workflows, enhancing HR practices, and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Jodi holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
